Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed in 48 hours if they are received on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends will begin being processed on the next working day. For standard shipments to metropolitan areas please allow three to five days for delivery. For shipment to rural or remote areas in Australia please allow seven to ten working days.

To ensure prompt and safe, overnight delivery, please provide a delivery address that is occupied during business hours, such as your address of employment or home address if you are at home during normal business hours.
 
TeTika® ships products Australia-wide and to New Zealand. 

If you wish to place a special order from a country other than Australia and New Zealand please contact us on info@tetika.com.au
