3. Can TeTika® products be used on sensitive skin?

TeTika® products contain only the finest of natural ingredients, with special care taken to avoid any materials that may cause irritation. An independent US-based laboratory has classified the Eye Serum as practically non-irritating. All products have also been used extensively by volunteers as part of our testing.

4. How often should I be using a facial exfoliant?

The TeTika® Face Wash and Polish is a gel exfoliant which can be used daily. It combines Jojoba beads suspended in lactic acid to thoroughly cleanse, remove impurities and refine your skin. With cooling Aloe Vera juice, Lemon Myrtle and the smoothing action of Pearl powder, the gel will leave your skin feeling rejuvenated, radiant and soft.

For normal, dry or oily skin it is recommended that the gel be applied liberally to the face and décolletage while in the shower. For best results, the lightly foaming gel should be gently massaged with fingertips, especially around the nose, chin, forehead and chest. Rinse well before drying.

For sensitive or fine skin, it is recommended that the gel is padded onto the face and that rubbing is avoided.

5. Will my skin break out if I start using the TeTika® Face and Body Oil?

It is no secret that people of the South Pacific have beautiful skin. This is, in part, because Polynesians use oils, or oil-based lotions, as part of their beauty routine. Naturally, humidity also assists in moistening their skin.

Your skin may undergo some subtle adjustment when you first start using oil on your face, but ultimately it will be less likely to break out and have clogged pores. Your skin will start to rebalance its own oil production over time and will become younger-looking.

TeTika® Face and Body Oil contains a massive 15 per cent of bioactive Cook Islands oils. It is a light, fast-absorbing blend, combining Camellia, Almond, Tamanu and Coconut oils. The Face and Body Oil is rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, fatty acids and other nutrients. Formulated to combat skin dryness and support elasticity, the Face and Body Oil contains ingredients of the camomile plant with non-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The oil works by deeply penetrating the skin and delivering valuable nutrients. With regular use, the skin becomes softer, smoother, more radiant, and has a wonderful, youthful glow.

6. Are TeTika® products tested on animals?

US-based laboratory tests have confirmed that TeTika® products are non-irritant and will suit the most sensitive of skins. They have also been used extensively by volunteers as part of our testing. They are not tested on animals.

7. Are TeTika® products free of parabens?
